don't have any problems with using the site, but when you have a query or the sites down, cannot get a response from no one. The site seems to be down for 5 days now since Fri. So I'm paying for a service I'm not getting. I dont think I will get any compensation. I'm still waiting for a response from the last query I sent them... bak in December. Good when it's up, and really unhelpful or uncontactable when it down. An email to members to say something was wrong and when its likely to be fixed would be nice.
