I'm the owner of Fit or Minger and I take criticism like this seriously. I have removed the most annoying of the two popunder codes completely from the site and I've changed the subscriptionbuilder one to only ever popup once (once ever, not per day!)

This site is one of the worst, horrible pop up, pop down advertising. Not sure what this is about at all. Think it is basically some kind of traffic generator for other sites. AVOID.
