Be careful of this site! I thought I made a one off subscription and contacted them when a further payment was taken from my card. I have sent several messages since and still have not had a response. Their customer service department is next to useless and I would never use their service again!

Signed up for a month, sent loads of messages and chat messages. Only 1 reply and she didn't wanna know. total waste of money. do touch it. They didn't take any more cash when my subscription ended.

They kept taking my money long after I cancelled so I had to get the credit card company to stop payments. Still trying to retrieve the money!!! No reponse from their 'customer care' dept!

It seems impossible to stop them to cancel the charges to your card if you cancel your membership. I though I'd cancelled, it cost me $523.95,.. then I cancelled the card account instead.
